Together with this realization developed by us of universal method reversion of total effect, which obtained during life cycle of product innovation, in the practice of evaluating the effectiveness of inno-vation activity requires of applied approbation of this method. For applied of approbation of this method as an example was chosen assessment of the effectiveness results of innovative activity, which is associated with reconstruction and subsequent exploitation of peat and wet lands in the region. Based on analysis of the ini-tial conditions of realization of this innovating project and taking into account the principles underlying the universal method of reversion total effect, which obtained during life cycle of product innovation, in this arti-cle developed formal identification of the components of total effect which obtained due to the reconstruction and further exploitation of peat and wet lands in the region. Using the data that characterize the costs are incurred for implementing innovative project and the results obtained as a result of this project, well as the formal identification of the components of total effect which obtained due to the reconstruction and further exploitation of peat and wet lands, using the spreadsheet of Excel by us done calculation of total of effect, which obtained due to the reconstruction and exploitation of peat and wet lands, in a cut years’ life cycle this innovation project. Results of the analyzes conducted of calculations certify about the suitability practical use developed by us a universal method of reversion of total effect, which obtained during life cycle of prod-uct innovation, for the purposes of rationalization and automation of calculation and analysis such an indica-tor.
