Аnalysis of certain normative legal acts which provide the functioning of the agricultural sector of economy of Ukraine

ANNOTATION

The concept of the agrarian sector of the economy and its normative - legal support in Ukraine were investigated. It were outlined the basic normative-legal acts and sub-normative legal acts that are regulating activity in the agro-industrial sector for adaptation of the domestic legislation of norms and standards of the European Union and the World Trade Organization. For the effective development of agro-industrial activity in Ukraine, first of all, it is necessary to create the proper conditions, which are fixed at the state level by adopting the corresponding normative legal acts and creating mechanisms to their implementation. Also it were analyzed the main advantages and disadvantages of Ukrainian legislation, which regulates relations in the agricultural sector of the economy. It were determined the separate components of the mechanism of state regulation of the agrarian sector development in modern conditions. The state-legal regulation of implementation of agriculture, activity of agricultural commodity producers in Ukraine and the participation of the state in creating comfortable conditions for the activity of the agro-industrial complex of Ukraine were described. In Ukraine, the development of the agrarian sector of the economy is partially constrained by development due to ineffective reforms carried out at the legislative level. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of normative legal acts regulating activities in the agrarian sector of Ukraine's economy adopted in 2015-2017. It were offered the directions of improvement of normative legal support of the state of the agrarian sector of the Ukrainian economy and development of agribusiness in rural areas. Implementation of the main provisions of the Strategy for the Development of the Agrarian Sector of Ukraine's Economy, adopted by 2020, will enable to raise the level of the economy in the agricultural sector to implement the basic principles and standards of the European Union in. in the agricultural sector of Ukraine.
