ANNOTATION

The article represents the results of the study of the possibility and expediency of the use of walnut manual vibro shock shaker, it describes the results of calculating the economic efficiency of its application. The relevance of the study of the above-mentioned problem solving direction is substantiated, which is based on the objective necessity of developing and introducing into the practice of managing such devices, capable to satisfy the needs of the production processes mechanization and their individual operations on a scale appropriate to the development of niche in small-sized farms since almost all amount of walnut is harvested in households, and there are no large fruit-bearing intensive gardens in our country, because those which were laid over the past 5-10 years, only now are reaching the level of productive fruiting. The soil-climatic conditions of our country make it possible to grow ecologically pure nuts, the trend of which consumption in the world increases annually. And one of the most limiting factors in the development of this area of entrepreneurship in this sector of the agrarian economy is the limited mechanization of work processes, due to relatively small size of the industry, as well as the lack of appropriate technical means. One of the ways to solve the problem is to develop and implement adapted to the conditions of the industry in the small business sector, the so-called small mechanization, one of which is a manual vibration shock shaker of nuts, the calculations of the economic efficiency of which are supporting its high level. Calculations of the efficiency of the use of a modernized manual vibration shock shaker of walnuts is carried out by comparing the developed prototype with the base shaker of the firm CifarelliSC105, since the design of the experimental model in comparison with the named base is supplemented by a shock mechanism and a fork tool. Performance indicators were determined based on the results of economic tests of a pilot sample of a manual vibration shaker, which carried out the removal of nuts from the skeletal branches on the trapped surface, spread in the intermediate rows under the crowns of the trees. The calculations were carried out according to a standardized method for determining the economic efficiency of specialized agricultural machinery. The results of the calculations indicate that the upgraded manual vibration shaker can be effectively used in walnut gardens, including those not prepared for mechanized harvesting, as well as on slopes, terraces, forest strips and areas of individual farms. As a result of the use of a shaker, the productivity and completeness of the nuts are increased, and the cost of labor is reduced.
