Classification of factors of influence on the innovative activity of agricultural enterprises

ANNOTATION

The necessity of studying factors of influence on the innovative activity of agricultural enterprises for making the correct management decisions and building an effective plan of innovative development of business entities were indicated. The factors, which have a positive and negative influence on innovative activity of agricultural enterprises are considered, the proposals on unification of their classification are formulated. In view of the significant difficulties encountered by the implementation of innovations by the majority of small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises, the content of factors hindering development in the field of innovation activity was further elucidated. It is proposed to allocate groups of financial, technical and technological, institutional, organizational and socio-psychological factors аmong them. Exogenous and endogenous factors that stimulate and hinder innovation activity were considered. The relationship between leadership style and socio-psychological climate in the economy is analyzed, which also has an impact on the success of the implementation of innovations. The practical significance of the classification of factors influencing innovation activity was shown, depending on the organizational level of their formation. It involves grouping factors on the world-wide, macro, meso and macro levels. The peculiarities of communication between the factors formed at different organizational levels are highlighted. The increasing influence on the innovative development of the agrarian sector of Ukraine of factors of the world level was noted.
