Analysis of the structural content of the grainsub-complex of theagro-industrial complex

ANNOTATION

The article reveals the essence and analyzes the content characteristics of the concept of "grain products subcomplex". The systematization and balancing of different approaches to its definition is carried out.Theoretical approaches to development of the integration processes in agro-industrial production are generalized and the system of factors that determine the dynamics of this process in the grain products subcomplex is substantiated. The examples of interdependence and delimitation of the concepts of "grain products subcomplex", "grain subcomplex" and "bread products subcomplex" are given n the work. It is proposed to consider the grain products subcomplex as a deeper concept considering the wide range of its final products, covering the set of production system elements of social, financial, innovative nature, in some way related and interacting to achieve the purpose of the subcomplex, which is to meet society's needs in grain and products of its processing. The author's definition of the concept of "grain products subcomplex" in the context of changes in the institutional environment for the development of interactions in the economy and agriculture is presented in the article. The article outlines the prerequisites for the effective formation of the grain products subcomplex, reveals the patterns, main principles and conditions of its operation. The main components that form the grain products subcomplex are analyzed and specified in the research. The article demonstrates the discussion approaches to the structuring of the grain products subcomplex and presents the authors’ personal opinion concerning the subcomplex structuring, which should reflect the multilevel of technological production, exchange and consumption of products at different stages of the reproduction process, the use of material, natural, financial, labor and other resources. The work identifies the priority tasks for improving the organizational and economic conditions for the effective functioning of the grain products subcomplex.
