ANNOTATION

Development and improvement of the crop production efficiency has a direct impact on the total volume of production in the agrarian sector of the economy. The production of export-oriented products, in particular grain crops, is a widespread practice among agricultural enterprises of Ukraine. This is due to the fact that these crops are popular in the world market. Ukraine has natural conditions and fertile soil for these crops cultivation, allowing enterprises to compete effectively at the foreign markets.

However, the current war seriously aggravates the situation in agriculture and influences the level of the crop production efficiency. Hostilities have caused damage or destruction of agricultural infrastructure, made it difficult to transport crops, prevented the access to resources and services that are necessary for efficient production.

Fortunately, in the territories not affected by hostilities, agricultural enterprises are able to continue their operation and expects efficient activities. Preservation of the material and technical base and personnel potential enables production of plant products using available resources and technologies.

It is possible to ensure effective production of plant products in agricultural enterprises under conditions of the rational combination of production factors. Effective use of land resources is a key element of successful crop production. Adherence to the principles of rational land use, including crop rotation, consideration of soil characteristics and the use of science-based agrotechnical approaches, can increase yields and reduce costs.

The availability of the necessary capital and financial resources will promote introducing modern technologies and purchasing modern equipment. Investments in equipment upgrades, infrastructure development, and technological improvements can contribute to higher productivity and reduced costs. Rational personnel management, training of personnel, their continuous development and motivation can raise labor productivity and production efficiency.

The use of modern agricultural technologies, scientific researches and innovative solutions can help increase production capacity, reduce costs and improve product quality. Introduction of automation, use of modern means of control and monitoring will help to optimize the processes and increase the crop production efficiency.
