ANNOTATION

Theoretical aspects of functioning of wholesale markets of agricultural products are investigated. The main factors influencing intermediaries are described. The expediency of involving intermediaries in the implementation of the sales policy of the enterprise, as well as the conditions of their choice, positive and negative areas of cooperation are considered. After all, the promotion of products through intermediaries can somewhat localize the choice of acceptable types of sales of goods, as mostly intermediary structures buy from producers of agricultural products at lower prices, and sell at medium market. In recent years, the number of many unorganized intermediaries has increased. It has resulted in unjustified and unjustified overpricing of agricultural products, a kind of monopolization of some market segments, difficulties in selling products by producers. It is argued that the main task in this list of processes is to ensure a constant balance of supply and demand, sufficient organization of economic relations, formation of an appropriate system of sales.

The main problem of unorganized sale of agricultural products due to the lack of developed infrastructure of the agricultural market is outlined. The importance of transforming the wholesale market into a distribution center that meets the expectations of increasingly demanding customers, both institutional and individual, is substantiated. The establishment of such focal point could be a significant step towards meeting the implementation of an effective export policy in the region. Management of the international activities of regional agricultural enterprises on the basis of the centers of coordination of international activities will be due to effective management, movement of material, commodity, information and marketing flows of international economic activity in the region. The purpose of the center is to manage, coordinate and organize the relations of the subjects of international activity at the regional level.
